This past week, I released a podcast episode featuring an absolutely lovely MK ULTRA whistleblower and survivor named Ron Alan who was referred to me through former podcast guest and MK ULTRA survivor, the sweet and brilliant
(PLEASE CLICK ON ANN’S NAME TO SUPPORT AND SUBSCRIBE TO HER SUBSTACK!).One of the things that is unique about Ron’s testimony is that he really bridges the gap between MK ULTRA, Targeted Individuals (T.I.’s) and directed energy weapon warfare.
Born in 1953 as the 4th son to a father who was a US Navy Pilot and early developer of radar, and a mother who was a ‘Grey Lady’ for the American Red Cross, Ron’s abuse and programming quite literally started at birth after he was given to the Valley Forge Army Hospital by his parents for 10 days immediately after he was born. Valley Forge Army Hospital was “coincidentally” used for the CIA’s Project Bluebird (which precursed Project MK Ultra) and his hospital doctor, Dr. Beck, had many suspicious links including to the CIA, Manchurian Candidates, as well as to the False Memory Syndrome - which he joined at its inception and continued being a board member throughout his life.
Ron has been an MK Ultra experimental subject since birth - first by early CIA and US Army / Navy doctors and later joined by FBI COINTELPRO. Ron and his older brother, Gordon, were chosen for Project MK Ultra and it wasn’t until 2005 when Ron’s memories began flooding back at age 52 that he would be awakened to the hard reality of what he didn’t know he was forced and programmed to forget.

Ron has an incredible book he authored as well detailing his testimony along with getting to the nitty-gritty on the relationship between MK ULTRA and government torture with the use of directed energy weapons that result in what Ron calls ‘technological mind control’. The entire first part of Ron’s book is devoted to educating on elements of targeting and he brilliantly interweaves his experiences as a targeted individual all throughout the book providing a great baseline for people new to technological warfare to gain a greater understanding of targeting and how it’s used to further torture and enslave those who are ‘out’ of the programs and projects they were sold into as children OR deployed to torture innocent civilians who ‘step out of line’, say too much, or push the envelope too far against the public narrative…
The thing about electronic torture is that there is a lack of human ‘accountability’ as this abuse is largely ‘invisible’ - until it’s not. From excessive ringing in the ears to burn marks on the skin - this is happening through frequency from a distance versus ‘abuse’ how most of us picture which happens in the presence of humans or devices that can be seen, heard, and felt. In turn, the TI community gets largely written off as they have more questions than answers. Meanwhile, this form of torture can go on for 24 hours a day - day after day after day - and there’s zero accountability or relief. It’s actually quite horrifying to learn about targeting and also to consider that no matter who we are, where we live, or how much we try to protect ourselves, this form of torture could at any time be deployed onto any of us… Then would we believe it to be true?
What we have to understand is that none of us are protected from this kind of abuse. Our own government has been using humans like Ron to experiment on for many, many years, and at any time - you or I could be next. Whole sectors of society could be hit at once and humanity would be blind-sided, unable to protect themselves, and oblivious to the terminology needed to explain their experiences. There are an estimated 3,000,000 (yes - MILLION) targeted individuals in the United States alone! That should shock and enrage all of us! Meanwhile, society writes off whistleblowers as ‘imagining things’, ‘schizophrenic’, or ‘over-reaching’, when the abuse they are calling out is very real, very dangerous, very debilitating, and very horrific.
Ron has immeasurable courage to be able to put himself out there like how Tracy over at

If you listen to Ron and/or Tracy, you will soon see that they are both not only completely and 10000% sane, but that they also extremely intelligent, brilliant human beings. I really hope everyone reading this as well as the rest of society will start opening up their eyes and ears to survivors and victims of government-sanctioned technological weaponry and abuse because once you understand what these individuals go through, your heart will break.
Dear Reader, I plead with you: Please listen to T.I.’s. Don’t write them off. They aren’t crazy - they are quite the opposite. I’ve found some of the most intelligent and awakened individuals are the ones who become targeted because they know too MUCH - not because they are ignorant or crazy. Listen to Ron and Tracy’s interviews. Purchase Ron’s book. This could happen to YOU. As Cathy O’Brien says, “Knowledge is our defense against mind control”, and we need to embrace survivors like Ron and Tracy who are defying all odds and speaking publicly about abuses that are meant to silence victims. What they are doing is monumental for T.I.’s and for the rest of us to learn.
Truth > Everything
Seek it.
Embody it.
Don’t look away from it.
