If you’re unfamiliar with Mike, he’s an internationally recognized independent journalist and researcher who has made his mark whistleblowing some of the most explosive court cases in the world and cases that many times never or hardly get mainstream coverage. For the sake of this article, we are going to talk about his work exposing Family Court corruption and how child trafficking is taking place in court right under our noses...
I came across Mike’s work a couple years ago during my own investigations working with a UK mother named Samantha Baldwin who’s 2 sons were wrongfully and unlawfully trafficked through Family Court to their father who was ritualistically abusing them. Samantha’s case was the first time I was introduced to Family Court corruption and the concept of an insider network that exists within court systems that is in place to protect abusers, silence innocent parents… and racketeer children for cash. I discovered videos of Mike on Samantha’s platform and was blown away that there was someone else out there who was giving a voice to mothers like Samantha who’s voices were being silenced in MSM and was shocked to learn that child trafficking was at the root of this blatent corruption against innocent parents who had their children stripped away from them and into the arms of their abusers…
One of the things I appreciate about Mike is his very unbiased approach to how he presents information. After over a decade of covering stories, he’s been way ahead of the curve, and bases his arguments on statistical findings he has discovered through is work (versus letting his opinions get in the way). If you study the work he’s done over the years, you can clearly see how the statistical consistencies he presents line up 100% with the hundreds (if not thousands!) of cases he’s seen, covered, and heard about over the years.
Mike has been on ‘The Imagination’ now seven times, and each time he’s been a guest of honor, he’s presented extremely shocking and disturbing cases (including evidence) of blatant corruption within the court systems. The most disturbing thing Mike speaks about is how children are purposely and intentionally trafficked through the court system using the innocent parent as the cash cow and the child as monetary collateral. Mike has spent a decade exposing how Family Court is actually a global child trafficking ring.

FIRST CASE:

“Holly is married with children and living a happy life in California.
Last August, her cousin, Joan Lee, visited with three kids from Missouri.
Holly and Joan have known each other nearly their entire lives.
“I call her Joanie Macaroni,” she told me.
Nothing prepared her for what she was about to witness.
She saw her cousin hit, scratch, and verbally abuse the children.
The three-year-old boy was referred to as a “womanizer.”
Don’t hold him, she was told, “he’ll touch your boobs,” her cousin said.
The fourteen-month-old had not been fed solid foods, because, as Joan said, this would make a mess in the diapers.
Finally, she found a moment to be alone and called the Jasper County, Missouri social services child abuse hotline.
Joan got a call from the caseworker, Jesse Davidson, sometime thereafter.
I reached out to Mr. Davidson, but he did not respond.
The Missouri Department of Social Services provided this response.”
2ND CASE:

“Two suburban Chicago teenage girls have taken to social media to tell their story, and the court is none too happy about it.
On the surface, Gwen and Grace Girard seem to be living an idyllic life.
They are both fraternal twins- freshman who get straight A’s at New Trier High School, whose alumni include Rahm Emanuel, Charlton Heston, Rock Hudson, and many more.
The north shore, as it is referred to, of Chicago includes immense wealth, and the students who go to New Trier are the wealthiest.
Even their immense wealth can’t save them from the clutches of family court- in fact, Gwen and Grace believe that wealth is being used to destroy their youth.
They have taken to Instagram to tell their story; so far, they have posted eight videos, but I don’t expect to see any more.
That’s because as soon as their mother, Jane Girard, found out, she sent her team of lawyers- Karen Paige and Molly Carmody of the Beerman Law Firm- to shut them down.”
3RD CASE:

“Rachel Cardona’s three children are in a psych ward, put there because an Arizona court has determined they must live exclusively with their father, despite his history of abuse.
In 2019, she was living in Cleveland when she finally got a divorce from her ex-husband Ballard Ivory.
He allowed her to primarily take care of the kids as long as he didn’t pay any child support; he even let her move from Cleveland to Arizona.
Soon after, she got to Arizona, Rachel told me, Ballard began challenging the court order. When he challenged it in Cleveland, his protestations were denied, so soon, he filed challenges in Maricopa County, Arizona.
One of his arguments is a familiar one: parental alienation…”
4TH CASE:

“Jared and Megan Bass are living every parent’s nightmare.
They have a new born son- a week old at the time of the interview- but he has an older sister, who will not likely see.
The older girl was born in October 2021.
That’s because the Department of Social Services (DSS) in Wilkes County, North Carolina, has taken her, placed her with Megan’s estranged half sister and her half sister’s husband.
I reached out to Wilkes County DSS and to Michael Sampson, Megan’s sister’s husband, but neither returned my messages.
Jared is accused physically abusing his young daughter, and Wilkes County DSS is convinced he did it.
Over a three week period starting in January 2022, their young daughter, less than four months at the time, showed to hospitals with three unexplained bruises and breaks.
First, it was a bruise- about the size of a nickel Megan told me- underneath her tongue.
The doctors concluded that it had to be child abuse.
She was sent home anyway, but in the next couple weeks, their young daughter presented with a fractured rib and a broken arm.
One of the breaks occurred while their young daughter was staying with Jared’s parents.
Jared was still blamed because he and Megan stayed over at his parents periodically.
Jared became the primary suspect because Megan was finishing school and he was the one in contact with his daughter primarily during this period.
Child Protective Services- which investigates these matters- could not determine exactly how or when the abuse happened, but they were sure it was abuse.”
5TH CASE:

“In previous stories, I have shown that the international father’s rights law firm, Cordell & Cordell, knows no limits to unethical behavior in support of their clients.
In December 2022, I interviewed Dr. Elizabeth Hersey, who was chased by an ex-boyfriend not even on the birth certificate first in England and then in NY.
Her ex-boyfriend, Dr. Andre DuPlessis, was represented throughout by Cordell & Cordell.
Dr. Hersey was required to show up to court the next day, and she was not allowed to remove her children from the country.
Dr. Du Plessis had convinced this British High Court, without Dr. Hersey there to rebut, that he was the children’s father.
…
Dr. Hersey is no longer in the UK, but in the US.
That’s because she ignored the order granted to her in February 2016 and quickly got on a plane to the US.
She settled near Syracuse, but Dr. Du Plessis was not done chasing her.
He seamlessly hired American lawyers to enforce his British order, which now granted him custody.
He could do this because all his lawyers on this case came from the same firm: Cordell & Cordell.
Lawyers for Cordell & Cordell in England and the US chased Dr. Hersey, got ex-parte orders, and had her children removed by police presence. They now live with a stranger, who was only in a brief relationship with their biological mother.
Then, there is William Halaz, who may have a crush on me. He loves child molesters so much that he’s turned representing them into a business model. He represents at least three accused child molesters.”

The old boomerang might be coming round…
CT v Paul Boyne may end up being a landmark First Amendment case and bring national attention to Connecticut Family Court.
Boyne is being held without bail in Virginia, while CT authorities arrange to extradite him to CT on charges of cyberstalking based on writings on his blog, the Family Court Circus.
A Virginia judge denied Boyne bail, stating he might be dangerous to one or more judges.
FR is seeking a copy of the warrant.
According to a source, two judges named in the warrant are Judge Jane Grossman and Thomas Moukawsher – frequent targets on Boyne’s blog.
Neither Virginia nor CT authorities have provided Boyne with a copy of the warrant. So, though he has been in jail for a week, he does not know the details of his charges.
Earlier this week, New Haven State’s Attorney John P. Doyle, Jr. announced to the media that Boyne’s arrest was based on 18 felony counts of Stalking and Electronic Stalking for the cyberstalking of three unnamed Connecticut Superior Court judges.
Last Monday, Boyne appeared in Fairfax County General District Court in Fairfax, Virginia. The State of Connecticut told the Virginia court it would extradite Boyne to CT to face charges.
Boyne’s arrest comes after a multi-year investigation into his website “thefamilycourtcircus.com.”
For more than a year of the investigation, which started in or around 2020, a server hosted the Family Court Circus outside the USA and would not respond to CT subpoenas.
When the server changed to one in Florida, CT obtained information about Boyne’s connection to the blog. This information allowed them to go to a judge in Virginia and persuade her to authorize a search warrant.
A predawn raid based on CT and Virginia authorities raising the specter of Boyne, based on his writings, having artillery at his house, saw more than 20 State Police in full SWAT gear – bust down the front door and point their rifles at a newly awakened Boyne.
Police did not find guns, but they did find, in addition to Boyne, his two 87-year-old parents. The SWAT team seized a cell phone and two laptops.
CT alleges Boyne, a former Connecticut resident, authored and maintained the website from his home in Virginia.
Boyne’s blog had operated since at least 2017 when it first promised to “shine a light on the cockroaches of Family Court.”
Since Boyne’s arrest, there have been no new posts.
The issue will be the constitutionality of CT’s cyberstalking law and its application in Boyne’s case.
A jury will hear the case, unlike the jury-less cases in family court.
Boyne believes a Jewish cabal runs the CT Family Court, and he extols violence against the judges in language that might be construed as parody, but probably far from amusing to the targets of the blog.
Boyne lost custody of his children due to a protracted battle in CT family court which began in 2007 and continued for years under Judge Gerard Adelman, and Judge Lynda Munro, and through the machinations of therapist Dr. Robert Horowitz, whose expertise the judges used to determine which parent should have custody.
The courts de-fatherized Boyne. He has not seen his children in years.
Mike’s unwavering dedication to cover these high-profile cases has helped shine a bright light on the truth about Family Court and has brought exposure to countless cases that have never seen the light of day in mainstream media. Mike is the reason I know about Family Court corruption and ‘legal’ child trafficking (and all corruption within the court system) as he was the first person I had ever heard discussing this topic. A few notable journalists - Mike Volpe, Wayne Dolcefino (WAYNE'S WEBSITE) and Frank Parletto (FRANK'S WEBSITE) are three amazing men who have been on the front lines exposing Family Court corruption for many years now that you should absolutely check out and support.
Many of the Family Court cases I’ve covered on my podcast were actually referrals of Mikes and if it wasn’t for him, I would have no idea of the extent of corruption that exists within the court system and would have never known how important this topic is in relation to everything else we talk about on ‘The Imagination’. Court corruption is largely tied into why many of the child abuse survivors on my podcast never have their voices heard in court, and why so many survivors end up being at risk of losing their children to foster care and CPS through Family Court. The layers of protection the courts hold over abusers is quite literally stark raving mad and over and over again in the testimonies that Mike features on his podcast and on his Substack are incredibly eye-opening.

As Mike says, “Someone you know is going through this corruption”.
It’s our duty to educate ourselves on what happens within these systems for ourselves and so we can help others we know who end up in court for any reason. We have to realize that the court system functions first and foremost as a business, and their first priority isn’t ‘justice’… It’s money. Many people involved (judges, attorneys, have something to gain from milking money from desperate parents willing to spend their entire life savings on their children. It’s really a narcissistic system that feeds on empaths - it proliferates abuse instead of mitigating it while exploiting a vulnerable parent and child. And children appear to be the lowest priority because they can be used as leverage to get more money out of the parents. Do you see how this works?
You should all go support Mike. He puts out articles on his Substack daily, posts what podcasts he is featured on weekly, and also has a paid subscription where you can get exclusive access to cases and information pertaining to Family Court that you won’t find anywhere else! He covers the most bombshell cases in the world. Believe me - you will learn SO much. I look at the world much differently after learning this information and am grateful to have Mike as a resource for my own learning. And now all of you who watch my podcast also have the opportunity to empower yourselves with this information should you or someone you know have to enter court.
Child trafficking happens in so many different ways and so many of them are happening right in front of our faces. We just don’t have the eyes to see. Warriors like Mike Volpe are so courageous to have started these difficult conversations way before their time to give us the insight we need to open our eyes to what’s in front of us. I believe that the more we educate ourselves, the bigger and better chance we have to stop this corruption in its tracks.
