'The Imagination' Twice STRIKED: YouTube and Interview Updates

Dear Reader,

I mentioned in my last Substack article that I received a 2nd strike on my YouTube channel... What this means is that I’m banned from posting or uploading onto my YouTube channel for 2 weeks from the issued ‘strike date’ (which was last Wednesday). YouTube had the audacity to label a clip of an interview I did with SRA and MK ULTRA survivor, Max Lowen, a ‘CONSPIRACY THEORY’ (see photo above) - can you believe that? And then there is literally zero customer support on YouTube to where you can talk to an actual human, so if they take down a video - there’s very little hope of winning an appeal and/or getting any of your videos put back up. It’s really frustrating (Do any of you know someone who works at YouTube?). The clip I had posted that received a ‘strike’ was of an interview that has been up on my YouTube channel for almost a year (Max Lowen’s testimonial episode) that did NOT get a strike and did not have any type of interference when I posted it.

The point of this article is to update all of you that although I have other platforms to post interviews on, I have decided that I am going to hold off on posting any new interviews until my YouTube channel comes back online. It’s where I have the most traction and biggest audience, and it’ll be a lot of work for me to catchup once my channel activates again to get 2 weeks of interviews posted up that were premiered on other channels (I cannot even upload a new video on YouTube until the ‘strike’ period is over).

I will still be filming interviews this next week and have a backlog of interviews I’m sitting on that you will LOVE that will be published as soon as the 2-week ban is over. It’s also emotionally draining as I DO spend countless hours recording, editing, publishing, posting, and hanging out in the premiers with all of you on YouTube. It feels violating to work so hard on reporting, investigating, and posting TRUE testimonies of survivors just to be censored and silenced for 2 weeks and told the truth is a ‘conspiracy’.

I also know I could divert my focus to other means of social media such as building up my Rumble or iTunes (for example). I’m actually actively doing this currently and trying to bring exposure to these other channels that host my podcast, but the problem is that the functionality, features, ease, and audience are way below par of what YouTube offers. This doesn’t mean I’m not still going to try to grow audiences and my presence on other platforms - it just means that right now, it’s a slow-moving process and I’m not where I need to be to make any other platform my main platform - there’s not even a close 2nd to YouTube.

They can take away my platforms, but they can’t take away my voice! I’m going to be editing and recording videos BTS and we will be ready to go again for a new premier on Thursday, Sept 5th (please pray I don’t get any more strikes!).

I may create a couple of my own videos and post them up on Rumble, iTunes, etc as a filler - I’ll keep you updated!

Thank you all for being so understanding and for standing by me during this roller coaster of a journey we’ve been on the last 4 years. Even the hardships show we are on the right track - if we weren’t, there wouldn’t be such a massive effort to keep us quiet!
